Refund Policy

At DIVISEN, your satisfaction is our priority. If you receive a product with a manufacturing defect or are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request an exchange or return according to the conditions below. Deadlines

• Customer Dissatisfaction: Up to 7 calendar days from the date of receipt.

• Manufacturing Defect: Up to 30 calendar days from the date of receipt.

• Visible Damage: For items such as broken glass or missing parts, the customer must notify us within 24 hours of delivery, providing photos or videos of the product and its packaging. Beyond this timeframe, damage will be considered the result of misuse. Return Conditions The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and include all accessories. Returns will not be accepted if the item has been altered or modified by the customer. Resolution Options Once the product is received and the quality analysis is approved, the customer may choose to:

1. Exchange it for another item in stock.

2. Receive a full refund of the product value. Note: Shipping costs are non-refundable if the delivered product matches the order and is in good condition. Warranty All products include a 30-day warranty. To activate it, the customer must provide a short video or clear photos demonstrating the defect, along with the original packaging and shipping label. The warranty does not cover:

• Aesthetic damage occurring after purchase (scratches, dents).

• Damage caused by liquids or unauthorized repair attempts.
